These programmes last between 13-36 months, including an end-point assessment, depending on the level of the qualification, and cater to various roles, from entry-level to managerial positions.
Employer-led "trailblazer" groups design each apprenticeship programme, ensuring they meet business needs and will equip apprentices with the required skills and productivity.

CEIAG is the provision of advice and guidance, to assist you in making appropriate career decisions and choices, which are informed and well thought through.
You will be able to easily see and comprehend every phase of your apprenticeship path with the help of our CEIAG advice and support, including the support you'll get while you're an apprentice and the possibilities and career choices available to you thereafter.
We will set up devoted one-on-one meetings for you with your mentor, who are subject matter specialists in your chosen profession who will assist you in making career decisions. 89% of our learners say they were able to identify their goals and ambitions, and 90% of our learners believe the CEIAG offered by Phoenix 4 Training allowed them to comprehend the many professional options to attain their goals.
