About your course
Our business administrator apprenticeship has been designed by curriculum and sector experts from a range of different industries to reflect the transferable nature of the skills being learnt and used every day. The programme is delivered flexibly with no fixed start dates and can be tailored to meet your industry and sector.
Our 15 month blended learning programme provides you with the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to succeed in any office environment. You’ll learn and be taught by an experienced Trainer dedicated to you, supporting you every step of the way through the programme. This is a relatively in-depth apprenticeship programme that incorporates a wide range of complex and more advanced skills to help you grow and flourish, whether project management, mentoring or IT skills.

How will your qualification be delivered
Our sector expert staff will support you to achieve the apprenticeship. We have highly skilled and knowledgeable staff with significant experience of working in the industry who will be able to share their experiences and support you. All learning is either on a 1-2-1 basis or small group webinars so you have the best experience possible with Phoenix 4 Training. You will have an eportfolio to gather and store all your evidence to support your apprenticeship.
End Point Assessment
There will be an external assessment at the end of the programme once the apprentice has achieved the ‘gateway’ requirements. The End Point Assessment (EPA) for the Business Administrator Apprenticeship includes:
Knowledge test
Portfolio based interview
Project presentation
The end-point assessment must be completed over a maximum total assessment time of two days, within an EPA period lasting typically for three months after the apprentice has met the EPA gateway requirements.
